I am a consultant and software engineer at Cat-Amania. Previously, I worked as a researcher and software engineer at the University of East London on energy efficiency in data centres and cloud computing, in particular within the EU H2020 EURECA project. I also worked on optimising software energy at the University of Edinburgh. I graduated with a Ph.D. in computer science from University Lille 1 and Inria in March 2014 on measuring and understanding the energy consumption of software systems.
My previous research was on Green IT and software engineering. I proposed models and tools to estimate and optimise the energy consumption of software systems, with the development of tools such as Jalen, Jolinar and PowerAPI. I have also been teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels in France and the UK between 2011 and 2016.
My scientific publications are available at: Scholar, HAL, DBLP or directly from my publications page. I am also the author of four literature books. You can follow my latest tech articles on my blog and my cultural and literature articles here.
